I just got my first duck because it was a cute duckling and has turned into an even prettier duck but I don't know what kind it is. Can yall please help me to identify my breed of buck.

! Pleased you joined us! Certainly a duck expert I am not, but it might be a Cayuga. Is there a greenish tint on its head? You can post the pic in the duck thread below - someone there will know. Good luck to you!

yes it does have a green tint on its head and a blue teal under its wings. thanks for the link.

I've had cayugas and that doesn't really look like one to me? Possibly part Cayuga? Part something else? Cayugas do not have that tuft on their heads.
