Hi from NW Connecticut !!

Just joined up here yesterday, so glad I found this site !!!

We're new to keeping chickens, the wife and I were strolling thru our local Tractor Supply and ChickDays had just started and we said " why not ? "

4 Golden comets, 2 Black sex-links and 2 Leghorns came home with us on April 3rd..

so...had to build a coop quick-like, found some plans on-line but tweaked them just a bit..

Almost finished !!

And there's where the name comes from...

Just put the run together, and of course the chicks are quite a bit bigger...more up to date pics to follow !!
