Hi from PA!

Hello! Liz from Silver Lake in PA. Kinda new to the chicken world... I teach ELD and have students in 3rd grade who hatch chicks during their embryology unit every spring. They are full of amazing questions and I've grown quite fond of the chicken world.

A fellow co-worker recently gifted me three lovely chickens, a rooster (Captain Skully) and two hens (Ginger and Penny), so this is my first time welcoming feathered friends to my family which consists of my manfriend David, 15 year old GSP Ka'anapali, and 5 year old kitty Gracie Gray.

I've had my chickens since October and there's been a few bumps in the road, but overall they are doing really well!
