Good idea to do the shed conversion, that will give everyone more room. I'd hang on to the pre-fab coop, you might need it on down the road (maybe for a grow out coop or isolation area).

Hi, my plan is to have 2 separate coops (Roosts, nesting boxes and entry doors) within the one shed. The shed is 8' X 12' allowing for this, as well as my "She Shed" and storage area
