Hi!
My name's David and I've just gotten into chicken raising. I'm about a good month or so into it and find it wonderful! It's all a bit overwhelming though! Hen? Rooster? Normal? Not normal? The only thing I'm 75% sure of is that I have 3 sexlinks (red with lots of white on tail) one of which my help in picking them out (dad/granddad) insisted was a rooster. I had my doubts then and now at about 4 months it's still not crowing! hahahaha. I just picked up two more hens today, well, I hope they're hens. One Welsummer and one American game hen. The original three don't like me very much right now.. lol
I'm looking forward to coming here and becoming more adept at this stuff and sharing my experiences with you all! I'm looking forward to getting to know you!
