Yes. That would suffice for a coop if you let them out at dawn. Otherwise, they need a 24 sq ft coop (area not including nest boxes) and a 90 sq ft run with lots of things to scratch around and perch on in the run.

I am going to recommend that you add two solid walls and a perch. I'd also suggest a 6 x 12 covered run for the 6 birds that you intend to keep.
You are going to get bad weather at times. You are going to have predators at times. You're going to need walls and covered space to keep your chickens alive and safe.
