Hi from the Newbie!

Hi all! I found this site from looking up questions about chicken care. I am relatively new to chickens and have 2 Isa Brown Chickens and 1 Welsummer Rooster that we inherited from our new home's previous owner. Not sure how old they are but they appear to be getting on in age. We also bought 8 chicks from Tractor Supply about 9 months ago. 4 Blue Cochins, 2 Golden Laced Wyandottes and 2 Australorps. We also bought 2 Blue Swedish ducklings and 1 Welsh Harlequin duckling from Tractor Supply about the same time. The chickens we bought turned out to all be hens except for one of the Australorps. He is now a very handsome Rooster. Our new hens started laying eggs about a month ago and we are getting eggs from all of them every day. The flock is getting along even better than I thought they would and the chicks have integrated with the older chickens well. Am hoping to get some great information on care and rearing of our chickens. Thanks!
