from another teacher! I love anything literacy. I'm going for my master's degree in Reading right now. I'd like to be a Literacy Coach.

Glad to have you here!

I am new here too and from the Shenandoah Valley. I loved in Swoope for a bit (just west of Staunton) and now live in Harrisonburg...moving to Elkton shortly though so we can have more land to raise chickens and dogs.

Welcome to you and if you hear of any Wyandotte show breeders please let me know. Very interested.

Isn't the weather looking nice? I think it is about spring...it is in the air! Chirp..chirp!

Nice to meet you! I live across the state line in Pendleton Co. WV. It sounds like you would love the BYC sister site, www.Sufficientself.com. You do live in a truly beautiful place! Do you know Joel Salatin?

Love his books and am going to try a mini version of his intensive, managed grazing.

Thank you for the link and all of the greetings!

I am very happy to be here and to try and learn all I can from you wonderful chicken people. (Sorry to say I do not know John).

My best,
Alayne
