My name is Amanda and I am the proud momma to 38 chickens of various breeds, but my favorites are my black Langshans. I am fairly a newbie, since I've never raised a chicken from chick to adult, however, my 35 spring chicks are about 2 months old now so I'm getting close! I am also a homeschooling mom of three beautiful little girls, and my husband hates our two polish chickens. He thinks they're ugly...I think he's crazy
