Hi my name is reyford I'm 28 years old and I live on asmall farm in W.NC. I recinlty got my granddaddies chickens after he passed away. The herd encludes 3 rode islands reds. 4 white leggerns. 3 black and cooper layers. A green legged rooster. And 2 turkeys. They chickens stay in an olde tool shed on the back of the land. I put a bar in there for them to slep on. And a box in the corner for eggs. They get to run the yard durin the day. One hen had chicks, I put them all down cause she didn't want to care for them, it sucked. Anywho just thought I'd pop up and say hi. I know bout raisin chickens, cause of my granddaddy, but I never done it before.
