Thank you so much for the information! We're located near Houston, Texas. I think we planned on letting them interact and see each other prior to the chicks permanently being outside but having them outside is definitely something we'll consider because everybody getting along is super important.
Ooh awesome! Weather in your area should be perfect for an early start outside. Even inside your house for a week or two is great, then you could just run an extension cord outside for a few short weeks for a heating pad. If you read those articles... I think you'll be surprised how easy it can be to integrate early. :yesss:
