I have 5 chickens as well as my ducks, I have a problem with one of my chickens she is a white Sussex's and a Rhodie island red black tail. the black tail is been plucked by my white Sussex's. how can i stop her picking on my black tail?

Feather plucking is usually caused by either boredom or insufficient protein in their diet. What are you feeding them? Are they cooped up or free range? Is the Sussex eating the feathers or just pulling them out? If they are getting enough food and entertainment your hen may just be a bully in which case may need to get her something called pinless peepers. Have a look here:

Thanks for the advise they are on mix of lays mix corn and also i give them veg hung up in there large run,when i close them up at night in there coop, i have noticed that the to of them are sleeping together,the black tail called paxo dosen't seem to be lossing any more and i haven't seen snow the white suxxes picking on her.thank for the pic's it did make me lough, i'm keeping a close eye on them as i do love my girls and i get good eggs from all of them.
