We have 14 chickens. They are currently 9 weeks old and we are new to chickens. We had 15, but lost one when she was only a couple of days old. We have 7 buff orpingtons, 5 ameraucanas, and 2 light brahmas. They are so sweet and love to be pet and my kids love them. I walk out to the coop every morning and they run up to me to say hey. I am married to my husband of 13 years and we have two kids, 11 and 6. We love music and spending time together. I am so glad to have found this group. There are always questions as a first time chicken owner and now I have a place to go to.
