I am new to having Chickens. We got them Sep 24, 2023, so they are about 4 weeks.
I have 18 Chicks right now.
I have 3 - ISA Brown, 5 - White Leghorn's, 5 - Star Light Green Eggers, and 5 - Sapphire Gem's
What I love about raising chickens, right now it's been great to watch them grow and love to see their personalities, but I know I will love to have all the beautiful nice fresh eggs too. I love being out there with them too. Helps me get out of the house.
I am married, have 3 children's 2 boys and 1 girl. Ages are 23, 18, 10 , We have two dogs Hagen and Ruger.
I have been coming on here on BYC since I bought the chicks. Love hearing all your stories and very informative.
