Hi! I am new here and new to raising 18 Chickens :)

What I love about raising chickens, right now it's been great to watch them grow and love to see their personalities, but I know I will love to have all the beautiful nice fresh eggs too. I love being out there with them too. Helps me get out of the house.

I am married, have 3 children's 2 boys and 1 girl. Ages are 23, 18, 10 , We have two dogs Hagen and Ruger.

I have been coming on here on BYC since I bought the chicks. Love hearing all your stories and very informative.

You have a pretty large flack, and it sounds like they lay a lot of eggs based upon their breeds. Fresh eggs are the best!
