So sorry for your losses. That had to be devastating to go through that flood, plus lose your chickens in it.
Maybe that farm store has some sexed chicks so you could get a few more pullets? If not, I'd look in your local poultry groups on Facebook, and you may find someone with sexed chicks. There's also where you might be able to try sell/give away your rooster. Just don't put stuff about selling in your post, just a picture, and ask if anyone's interested to message you.
