They are definitely mixed breeds. The rooster looks to be part Belgium Beatded D’Anver. The pullet looks to be part Silver Sebright.
The gold and white feathers resemble a sex-link. I'm not sure. The comb looks kinda big for a chicken. This one could be a Rooster. Look for spurs that is longer than a chicken. Most males I have seen have the prettiest combs.
