Hi there. my name is Jenn and I am a new chicken mom. I bought my girls on an impulse because I couldn't ignore the longing for them any longer. Husband thinks I am nuts but who is he to judge. right?! Anyway, I live in the Buffalo New York area and my girlies are just about 18 weeks and I am looking forward to those first eggs. I have 3 Buff Orpingtons, and 3 Black Australorps.
By day I am a professional Pet groomer, cat and dog, and when I am home, I love nothing more than cleaning up after my lovely ladies and spoiling them with snacks! Tomorrow we are going to have yogurt for the first time, I am so excited!
so, I guess that's about it. I look forward to learning from everyone and if there is a Buffalo or Wny thread, I would love to be included!
