was just wondering why my hen would sit in the nest box all night and still be there in the moring we have no male she seems to be ok but won't get off the nest i tryed to push her she did not like that at all can anyone tell me whats up thanks.
 
She may be going broody.
If she is there for another day, I'd say put some fertile eggs under her.

She is just broody, which means she wants to have chicks even though there is no rooster to help her out with that.

She'll stop sitting in about a month, but try putting fertile eggs under her. In twenty one days, you might have little beaks peeking out at you!

This is a great time if you would like other breeds in your flock get some fertilized eggs and put them under her. In fact chickens will even hatch duck eggs if you wanted some.
 
thanks for your thoughts but I think it might be something more she does not come out to eat or drink.
