Hi I'm new from California

Hi just signed up but have been reading all your posts since rescuing a loan duck when it's mom left her in our swimming pool. I just posted a question on the main forum "Duck" page We love her and feel she is a member of our family need help if she must go outside in her new run and dog house we connected to the run. I have three daughters and all of us really want to keep her with us at all times but she poops,( which I clean up as it happens, sorry OCD) but we all hang out together the dog, cat, hubby, you get the picture. We just can imagine keeping her outdoors by herself, help! Any advice will help.. Thx

Glad you could join the flock! That's so nice of you to have kept her when she got left behind. I'm not a duck person but could you add her a mirror so she can look at herself and maybe not think she is alone? I'm not sure for ducks but this does work for chicks. I hope you get lots more answers from the duck experts.

I did add a mirror to her outdoor pen hope that works but I just can't bare to leave her alone, yet.
