HI I'm new here!

Hello, Bunny, and welcome to BYC! I'm so glad you decided to join our friendly and helpful community ☺️
Do you know what gender your ducklings are? I don't know what your housing situation is like but I wanted to tip you off to the fact that unless they're both girls they shouldn't be housed with chickens. Male ducks often attempt to mate with chickens if they have the opportunity and their anatomy is not compatible. Your chickens will get injured at best and killed at worst.

Hello, Bunny, and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Will the Canada goslings be released when they're old enough?
Hello! Thank you! Yes, they have a strong migratory instinct the guess is they may come back here from time to time but will most likely migrate, we have tried to keep them wild however they came from a pond in an apartment community and are very used to people they also think I'm their mom because I feed them and tend to their enclosure so they will follow me and holler at me if they need something, so we are doing our best just couldn't let them die! They have a lot of Canadian Geese in this pond as well as a few swans their momma was hit by a car and killed, they tried to join other family groups and were rejected and started getting beat up by older Geese, all the rescues are full and short handed so the apartment Mgr asked our tech if I would take them, Dept of wildlife basically had no options for them. Gotta give them a chance!!

HI! and thanks! I don't know what they are yet they are to young I'm told time will tell and I should look for the drake curl when they get older, I will most likely end up sharing pictures here for help on that since I have not had them before. They have their own enclosure since they have different needs than the chickens we wanted to give them their own place! We hope to let them free range as well when they are old enough but that may depend on if they are girls are boys! If one is a boy and one is a girl will they still try to mate with the chickens? Thanks for the info!

Once they reach a certain age, ducks are pretty easy to sex by the sound of their voices. Girls sound like Donald duck, a nice clear quack sound, where Drakes have a much quieter and raspy sounding quack.
Male ducks are really known for their hormonal urges so I doubt one lady would satisfy him, unfortunately.
Here's hoping you have a couple of girls, but if not, while you still have some time I would think about what you're going to do if you end up with a boy or two. Maybe you can build them a little separate area?

Glad to meet you, Bunny. Congratulations on your move (though it's a bit old now I guess). It was a lucky thing for those goslings you guys took them in, and so good of you to go through the proper channels to get the OK. Best wishes for all your birds, and all your plans!
Thanks so much! Just had to give them a chance! Our wildlife rescues are short handed and full so they would have been left on their own at the mercy of the older Geese who were beating up on them! They are doing really well thankfully I am hopeful they will take to other wild Geese in the area when they are old enough to fly

Good to know thanks! They have a nice big area now so they could stay there and be quite comfortable but we will probably create some temporary moveable fencing so they can have other areas to explore but will stay away from the chickens. The chickens rule the property lol Do you know what age they start quaking?
