Hi I'm new

Hi,
I'm Mekare. My husband, Reggie, and I just brought home our first chicks today. There are 3. Two of them are 2 weeks old and the other is 3 1/2 weeks. The girl we got them from didn't have time for them and only knew the breed on one and didn't know the sex on any. We're hoping for at least one hen from the bunch. These are our first chickens. We've done some reading and talked to a few people but most of this will be 'learn as you go' style. I expect we'll spend quite a bit of time on this site.
