You probably need to talk to the city to find that out... If they do let you have them you normally are only allowed to have hens.

Emma X2. The best thing to do is to call your local city hall and they can tell you all you need to know, or can direct you to the proper people that do know. You might also check in this section, or Chicken Laws and How To Change Them and see if your area is talking about, or you can start a new thread there asking this question....
