Hi. I've posted about my 2 EE's before, but Spidey is nothong like it's brother. No crowing and not a turd. 🤣 Spidey is calm and loving.

I took the brother to my cousins farm, and kept Spidey because I'm fostering a chick of my cousins. Spidey is super close to this chick. (Chick is male) Is this normal behavior for an EE roo? They are 9 weeks and a couple of days old now.

I know. Thank you. I should have explained that I kept Spidey with the younger chick because of Spidey's affection for it. I originally had 5 chicks.

Some chickens just enjoy each others companies whilte others form tight bonds and become inspirable. I had two serama roosters who were inseparable. They shared the role of top rooster and NEVER fought each other. The would gang up on any of the big roosters that stepped to close to their little ladies. Sadly, one of the brothers, Dusty, died due to an unexpected cold night and Rusty, the other brother, died of heartbreak a little while later.
