Yes, my son came home with 12 Leghorn chicks in March this year, 2017

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
9

(3) What breeds do you have?
Leghorn

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
It came up in a search for information about wound care, after a raccoon raid

Unfortunately, I had to make post before I made my introduction, and haven't had a chance to look around a whole lot. I did get responses to my emergency post right away and truly appreciate the help and kind words, thank you

Thank you I'll definitely check out the state thread! And that reminds me, I was going to look for our State Ag-Co-op- Extension...place (lol) and see if we could get a chicken person to look at our injured one.
Leaving to pick up antibiotics from the vet now, she might actually make it!
