I don't see any obvious cockerels in your pictures. You might want to beef up security on your run with some hot wires. Chicken wire keeps nothing out, just the chickens in.

Really? More security? My dad is going to kill me. He’s been helping me build my coop and we have 1” wire that goes about a foot under the coop as well. They are only in the run during the day and on lockdown in the coop at night. What an how are animals going to get in? I genuinely want to know. I don’t want to lose one.

Hello, chicken wire is easy for predators like dogs, coyotes, raccoons, etc. to break into. That's why the suggestion was made to beef up your security...everything likes chicken.
