well I have a 1 pair so far of Pekin ducks that I bought in the last September 2019 late February early March she started laying eggs she had six but then she stopped sitting on them and walked away from the next so as of yesterday she laid three more eggs on the ground in different spots so the first thing is I will be wondering how I can get her to sit on her nest and make a nest sit on these eggs the other question is how do I go about bringing the eggs in and making it homemade incubator and what I actually can do to see if I can have Ste 3 eggs by myself because I don't think I'm going to get her to sit on it I know I'm not going to get her to sit on them all over the lawn for me like an egg hunt out there for eggs she's probably been laying these eggs all over the place cuz they can go up into the woods too and she's probably got a Keurig There and Everywhere

Welcome to BYC. Although some Pekin hens will set and hatch a brood, the instinct has been bred out of many of them in order to increase egg production. You may have to use an incubator if you want ducklings.
