Hello friends!
Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
- New to chickens here. Grew up in Northern Wisconsin around a lot of farms. Was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras, and learned some about chickens while living there for 2.5 years. Currently living in a suburb of Milwaukee, WI, where we can have 4 hens.
How many chickens do you have right now? - None yet. Planning on 2-3 Easter Eggers to start.
Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have a wonderful husband, a rough collie, a shetland sheepdog, and 30g aquarium with rainbow fish and cardinal tetras. Hoping to have kids one day. We bought a house last year. I like doing projects in our nice, fenced back yard and garden, going up north to the cabin, Bow-hunting (deer), turkey hunting (rifle), and just being outdoors in general since I work in an office all day.
