Hi all!
I discovered this site back in February and have been reading all of the fantastic posts and information since then. I decided it was time to come out of lurkdom and join y'all.
We ventured into the world of chickens with the purchase of four pullets in March. One of those pullets turned out to be a roo, who sadly up and died on us one night. Right now we have two Buff Orpingtons (Sadie and Pippa), a New Hampshire (Mabel), and three new questionable "pullets" in quarantine. I will be needing to head over to the what sex/breed forum for help identifying our new ones. We are so happy to have leapt into this adventure! We just love our girls!
