What’s a snuff pit? It sounds smelly but also hilarious.

They make pits in the dirt with their nose to sniff out minerals. Thankfully it's not smelly lol. He's actually not smelly either he knows when he kind of starts to smell like a fox and he cleans himself all the time like a cat.
