Make sure your brooder is nice and airy (think hardware cloth walls) and provides at least 1 sq ft of space per chick. So if you are getting another one, shoot for 6 sq ft. Put some sticks or small branches through the corners of the brooder or make free standing perches for them to fly/jump up on.
Digging up a chunk of sod from outside and putting it in the brooder for the chicks to scratch through is one of the best activities/distractions you can to do provide enrichment for the chicks. It also helps boost immunity for when they are introduced to their future outdoor space.
Then try putting RIR chick back in with the others.
