(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

i am new to the chicken business. i picked up my first chicks early march, no eggs just yet.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? What breeds do you have?

right now i have 6 hens
1 golden laced wyandotte (berta aka 'Bert Tyranosaurus Macklin')
1 rhode island red (farrah)
1 golden comet (phoebe)
1 buff orpington (clementine)
2 easter eggers (fiona aka 'black beard' & miley)
