Hi everybody!

My name is Lisa and I live in Broomfield, Colorado with my husband and both my parents. Next spring we hope to get 5 chicks - the maximum our city allows. We have a small backyard currently being completely transformed into a tiny homestead setup. So much to do!

I have chronic health troubles that severely hamper my stamina, but I think we are on track for spring chickens 2022! Yay!

BYC is such a great resource for all the planning details, so thank you to all of you who have pioneered this path ahead of us and shared your experiences here!
