Hi Peeps! I'm new here from Missouri

I just started with chickens and they are 8 weeks old now and ready to go outside! I save, work with, get medical care for, love, and find wonderful homes for small unadoptable dogs used as breeding stock that were going to be put down. It's been quite an adventure with 15 (at the moment) little dogs and 11 chickens and the dogs are fine around them but I'm here all the time. I have 2 dogs that I think would do something if I wasn't around and there are coyotes, racoons and hawks around here too so I definitely need to double preditor proof the chicken pen. I was wondering whats best to put under the fencing so nothing can dig under. I was thinking either chicken wire or that plastic construction fencing but I don't know and I would appriciate any advice or suggestions! I'm so glad I found you all!
