I'm a recent transplant to the south from CT, and I had to leave all my "girls" behind when I moved. It's been 2 years and I'm finally set up to have some hens. So far I have a Buff Orpington, Blue-lace red Wyandotte, Welsummer and a Speckled Sussex. Their all beautiful and I'm really enjoying their company. It's nice to meet so many other folks who love chickens like I do.
