I have been reading for a while. I got our first chickens about 6 months ago. We got 7 that were about a year old that needed a home. 1 roo and 6 hens. About 2 months later we decided to raise some and we got 19 newly hatched chicks. They are now just around the corner from laying. I figured it was time to start contributing to the board with some of our experiences.
