I was given some baby chicks about a month ago. Im trying to figure out breed, sex, and when they can go outside in the weather for good.

They can go outside when they are fully feathered. I continued to offer heat when mine went out at 6 weeks. Mine would pile into the nest boxes to stay warm until they were about 10 weeks old.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. Please post photos of your chicks (without the red light) at "what breed or gender is this?" State age in photos. The good folks there will sort them out for you.

Welcome to BYC!!!! The only one I can make out is the first one may be an austrolorp. Pics w/out the red light, in natural light are needed.
As for age, you will probably have to give it some time, until they're 8 weeks or so, to figure out their genders.
