You can use them from the fridge as hatching eggs, but that'll cost you a little in the hatch rate. I've done it twice. I'd just start from scratch like others mentioned though.

And just so you know, you could always leave them out too, just don't wash them.

We leave ours on the counter. We only wash (w water, no soap) ones that are very dirty/have poop, then store those in the fridge.

It's exciting when they begin to lay.
