Welcome to BYC! As a relatively new member myself, my hope is that you learn here as much as I have. I live in Corner, which is between Warrior and Jasper.

As for shows/swaps, there were two this past Saturday that I was aware of. The Noah's Ark animal auction in Hanceville (Cullman Co.) and a local swap in Vincent (Shelby). The Noah's Ark runs the 3rd weekend of every month. Saturday's auction ran from 10am till 7pm. The other swap was listed on Craigslist (under Birmingham/Farm and Garden section). They had a post Sunday that the next swap will be in Blount County (Susan Moore).

I also bought some bitties (Ameracauna and RIR) from a Chuck Carpenter in Cullman (Certified NPIP and Pullorum/Typhoid Free). He can be reached at:
