i've wanted chickens ever since i fed my grandma's when i was a child. my husband and i bought six 2-week-old RIRs a month ago. turns out, we have 4 roosters and only 2 hens--grrrrrrrrr. so far, we've named 3--chubby, alpha, and klutz. we live in tennessee. looking forward to a life full of chickens.
