I have nice little grey hen that is need of help! We noticed she was sleeping a lot and losing weight, ruffled feathers and listless. We separated her and started her on Corid in her water even a few drops straight. She's eating some and drinking but is nothing but feathers and bones. She doesn't move mostly stands still. We believe shes approx. 1 1/2 yrs old. Any ideas out there?

What breed is she?Does she have any other symptoms like runny poop/limping?Can you post a picture?

I am new to all this posting so will try to get a pic. She looks like a Plymouth Rock. She has no energy, just stands there. Clear eyes, kind of runny poop, but no blood in it. I given her yogurt mix with meal worms and bits of cooked yoke which she'll eat, but no more energy than she's had the last few days. Thanks,

she was a good layer until a few days ago when I found her sleeping all day.
