Hi everyone,
My family and I purchased some land and recently endeavored to begin raising chickens. We currently have eight 12-week old chickens: 7 hens, 1 rooster. Four of the hens are ISA browns and the other three hens and one rooster are leghorns. We have also just ordered 25 cornish cross as meat birds and are considering getting guineas.
As I've tried to do research and have questions answered, I find that often my google searches have led me to BYC, so decided as we venture deeper into this adventure, it'd be good to join the community.
