In the Brooder
I am very new to keeping chickens. We decided to get Chickens at the start of lockdown when we couldn't get any eggs.
We have 3 rescue chickens about 18 month old (don't know what breed they are).
They have kept me sain during lockdown, love just watching them scratching around the garden, they are so amusing.
Apart from keeping chickens I love gardening, knitting, making wine and up cycling old rubbish that people throw away.
I also have 2 cats (one minus a leg), a very old and slow chocolate lab and my son has spiders (the big hairy kind).
I found this site when I was googling for some advice on how to stop my girls from making so much noise. After coming back to the site time and time again for Advice (reading all the threads) I decided to just join.
How many of you are from the UK?
