Hello! I am Emma! I got chickens the August of 2021. I have 12 chickens right now. 2 Plymouth Rocks, 3 Astralrops (2 blue & 1 black), 2 Easter Eggers, 1 Rhode Island Red, 2 Buff Orpingtons, and 2 White Leghorns. (I had to go look at my records to find all that info lol. 
) The reason I have chickens is because they are so fun and adorable and having the reward of eggs makes it even better. I do not Raise chickens for meat, only eggs. I am always open on how to get them to lay more eggs since we're kind of in a low spot right now. (We got none yesterday and their all old enough to lay ā¹). I LOVE VOLLEYBALL ! 
(That is my only other hobby) I have 2 goats I'm about to breed and I'm super excited to have little kids running around. This will be the first time we have a live birth on the farm so I'm a little nervous. I am still a student and I'm homeschooled. I found BYC by looking at the internet. I couldn't find the answers I was looking for so I decided to join and ask!
