Are these rooster thieves fighting them?

I think so or breed them to sell. What they do is walk around with a rooster that has a rope tied to its leg then spot a rooster to have a fight. As the thief pulls the rop, the rooster he wants gets closer and then gets him.

There are some that raise roosters for a living. They sell them to people in Guam or the Phillipines. They get around $300 or more per rooster. I have seen them ship the roosters in a big crate at the Hilo Airport post office.
