LOL...Yes, they will stalk you for the rest of your days when you are carrying that bag of mealworms. Don't fall into a pile of these mealworms as your birds might eat you too!! LOL

lol i am more worried about my kitten eating me one day, every time i hop out of the shower he hops into the tub and drinks the water going down the drain! he's tasting my cells lol

I wouldn't even touch dried meal worms - maybe pick them up with a spoon but, ick, I would not want them touching me. It wouldn't end well

Good for your hen that she is feisty, that is probably why the cat hasn't eaten her yet. On the other hand, she may be very aggressive toward the new girls.

You may want to put a divider fence between them in coop and run, so she gets used to seeing them without attacking them. Chickens are flock animals and really do much better with companions - even tho there is that "pecking order," thing they must endure first.

well i did bite the bullet and buy the stupid worms... they loved them but they DID make me touch them.. darn evil birds would ONLY eat them out of my hand..bleck!

we have also added 3 new girls to our flock a golden laced sebright, a rhode island red mixed with something and a white mystery chicken, they are all getting along very well and we even had a little fun the other day, we bought a bag of live crickets and let them loose in the yard, the birds had a blast ( the crickets did not enjoy the event lol but a few DID escape)

oh and i forgot to mention that the two girls we added several weeks ago turned out out be BOYS so they were traded at the same farm for a lovely blue cochin lady
