Hi

Me again- Hope it's better tonight like others I'd made sure they CAN get anuff heat also .I've raised ducks before -seems like if I messed with them right after taking out of the incubator a little they were more prone to bond than chicks and if I didn't mess with them much for a couple days they kinda got over it . Mostly khaki campbells however if I didn't mess with them some they grew up more hiper and were scared of me. Cute little devils . /////// If your new to ducks - hint avoid leaving things that are stringy around they will try to eat it . luck to you and your baby's (congrulations.)----MOM . also i.d wait till they get feathers if I could before putting them out esp. where they can get wet . HEY theirs was a video on here a girl leading her pet duck to the creek -if you can find it - it was a great video .

Welcome to Backyard chickens. If you go to "Other Backyard Poultry," forum you will find threads on ducks, geese, etc. The duck people would probably give you the best advice
