I have a hen about 22 weeks old who sounds like she has the hiccups. She seems healthy eats well and no other symptoms.
She does not do it constantly but does it often any conclusions?

I'm not sure if it works the same with chickens, but when most animals get hiccups its fatal.

Never mind I just did a little bit of research and she should be fine. (My teacher told me that in 1st grade)

"Hiccups" can mean a lot of things in chickens. Keep a close eye on her and let us know if it persists. I'm thinking she gobbled up something too quick, but if it continues for more than a day or so, check back in here.

This has been going on for at least a month. It happens daily, not constant, but daily. At first I thought it was her way of talking, but she kinda shakes her head during the hiccup or whatever it is. It is almost like a sneeze and hiccup combined. This is the weirdest thing. She is very active and does not seem to be sick. I just do not know what this is.
