Hidden eggs!

After collecting eggs I went to clean the coop. I realized one of my birds was missing??? Right, when I realize this I hear a chicken sound from behind the nest box (it has been pushed from the wall a little) and I find the missing bird. after I move her to push the box back up to the wall I see 2 eggs. I have no idea how long those had been there so I check with a flashlight and uh oh! at first I was thinking this was a great thing. I marked them so I don't collect them later and it's been a couple of days. suddenly I realize that winter is coming... The reason I'm posting this is this- is it ok to let her raise these chicks in the coop even this time of year? I checked up on them at night and even though it was cold those eggs were toasty warm. Maybe it's ok? I can bring them inside but I would much rather them grow up in the coop with the others. But also just want what's best for them.

If they have a nice warm momma, they should be ok.
