A worker walked up to Follower and Nisha's pen. He put raw meat by Nisha and a big pile of grass by Follower. He then went to feed the others.

"Yuck." She pushed the meat away,"I'm not eating this. You can't breathe fire, can you?" She joked.

Haylee floated along in a lake. Thankfully she was in a sanctuary so no one could hurt her. She wasn't forced to live here she flew here by herself. While children and their families looked in through the chain link fence, Haylee was upside down in the water, tail in air and head beneath the water chomping on the plants underwater. When she came up she took a breath then swallowed any plants that were in her beak, 'chewing' them. When she grew bored, she flew from the lake into the public park were she could get the delicious human food that they feed her.

"That would be really weird. Imagine someone going on a picnic and seeing you sitting in the middle of a field chewing grass." Nisha laughed.

"Yeah. I always get these weird looks when people see that." He chuckled.

"I wish I could come though." DawnStar said

Faline shook her head. "Well at least she or anyone else wasn't caught." She said hopefully.

"It would be nice, but you would die then" Kyra said quietly

Kareena shivered as she imagined a place where shifters were held captive for someone's pleasure. No don't he was heartless. "Oh," She sighed.

Calystia groaned in pain. "Please be gentle, it hurts so bad." One tear slipped down Calystia beautiful face.

Andromeda sai f nothing, paying much attention to the men around her.

Lazarus watched as the SUV navigated the thick forest. He couldn't wait to get up in the air again. Fortunately Chavez was in route with a borrowed helicopter. When they came into a clearing Lazarus sighed in relief. Now it was a matter of waiting for pickup.  He got out and picked up Kareena. Two members of Delta team stayed behind. While the rest rendezvous back with Markus's team.

Nathaniel looked up at Calystia. " The disinfectant has a numbing agent, so you shouldn't feel a thing. " He assured her gently. He then started removing the hooks from her flesh.

The team finally made it out of the cave. There was a sight hike to get to the vehicle. They carefully locked Andromeda up in the back of the SUV. When Delta team pulled up, Chase called out, "Markus! There is a problem at Menagerie. Two shifters are off the grid ans a handler MIA."

Markus's head shot around, "Which ones?" He demanded.

Chase asked and relayed, "Orson, Vorsicht and Kristen is the handler."

"Last known location? " Markus barked.

Chase asked then said, "Axel's!"

"Has that helicopter picked up Lazarus yet?" Markus asked as he hurried over to the SUV.

Chase shook his head. "No, not yet, Sir."

Markus climbed into the passenger seat and said, "Get me there!" Then to Bravo team he said, "Get her to Menagerie."

Kareena dropped as she lost her grip on the hole.She wondered why they stopped. She held one hand over her eyes to shield from the bright light at she looked upwards.

(What if someone guards her cell to make sure she doesn't escape and takes care of? He could be really mean to her at first, but once he gets to know her he begins to like her. And as they fall in love she softens his heart and he begins to see how cruel it is to lock up shifters and helps her escape? What do you think?)
Calystia face paled at the sight of her own blood and she quickly looked away as she became nauseous. "What have you done with my sisters?" She asked with enormous concern, her voice pained.

Andromeda knew she had shown weakness to Markus. For her sisters sake she had to stay strong. She was the leader of her family, and it's protector. She could show no weakness at all to her enemy, and needed always to stay aware of everything around her in the slightest chase of escaping. Now with her head covered she had lost an important sense, yet she felt her other senses grow stronger. She was quit, listening to everything.

"Yeah..." DawnStar sighed. "If they just left me alone, I wouldn't need constant injections!" She formed a fist with her hand and put it to her forehead, then returned it to her lap. She's been having headaches lately. And every time she did she would have these weird visions. She thought they were just fantasy dreams, like many children did but these were different. These flying creatures with beaks of a bird and tails of a big cat. They were odd, and were fighting, biting each other clawing at each other, throwing each other to the ground. Why we're they fighting? What were they? But watching them felt so natural to her, like they were one of her.

Nisha laughed and poked her food,"Now what do I do with this?"

"Eat it? Maybe if you are in your panther form raw meat will taste better..?" He replied threw large mouth-fulls of grass.
